Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the Cheshire West and Chester residents’ discount card. Charisma card – launched in 2003 – is FREE to residents of the Cheshire West and Chester District (ie you pay your Council Tax to Cheshire West and Chester Council)
Card holders enjoy a fabulous range of discounts in shops, restaurants, beauty and hair salons. It also gives discount admissions to attractions including FREE entry to Chester Cathedral
Card holders can receive a monthly e-newsletter with exclusive access to fantastic competitions with great prizes to be won.
A big bonus for Charisma cardholders is that they get a FREE car parking pass for cut-price parking in 6 city-centre car parks. Please note changes to the Market Car park (Princess Street).
